GoGifts deliver gifts and flowers to most parts of South Africa. Delivery methods vary depending on the type of product ordered. Gifts are delivered via courier and flowers are delivered by executing florists.

To ensure that a successful delivery takes place, you can help us by providing accurate delivery information. This must include, the full name of the recipient, full delivery address, telephone number of the recipient. We also have provided a field for special instructions during the checkout process. Here you can give us additional delivery information, helping us to have your gift delivered on time. When sending to hospitals, please supply the ward number. When sending to an office block, please give us the floor number in the building. Please give us as much information as possible.

Flowers - Same Day Delivery

If you place your flower order before 12h00 (noon) GoGifts can deliver the same day.Specific times cannot be guaranteed but we will do our best to meet your requests. Normal delivery times for florists are between 08h00 and 18h00 on weekdays and 08h00 and 14h00 on Saturdays.

There are no deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Next Day or Future Date Deliveries

If you would like your order to be delivered the next day or a future date, we cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery but can guarantee your order will be delivered on the date that you request (provided the recipient is there to accept the gift).

If the person receiving the gift isn't there, the florist will either leave a card asking the recipient to call and arrange a suitable time for delivery. The florist may also leave the gift with a neighbour or colleague and will contact the recipient informing them of this arrangement.

Gifts & Gourmet Hampers

These products are delivered by courier. Orders must be placed before 12h00 on weekdays and anytime on Saturday and Sundays. For orders that are placed within these parameters, delivery will take place within 2 working days. This also depends on delivery location, as outlying areas may take longer. No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. We cannot guarantee specific times but will make every effort to meet your request. Normal delivery times for gifts delivered via courier are weekdays between 08h00 and 18h00.

Alternations

If you need to make an alteration to your order, this can be done as long as the order is not already being delivered. Please contact us and if the order has not gone out for delivery, we will make every effort to make the changes you require.

Busy Periods

During busy periods (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), the volume of gifts and flowers being delivered increases dramatically. We therefore ask you to place your orders well in advance so that we can plan and ensure that your gift is delivered on time.
